Refund Policy

Living Language Forge is operated by Venta Belgarum. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of your order.

This applies to paid subscriptions and to one-time Forge credit purchases.

To request a refund, contact us through the support channel inside the app with your account email and the approximate date of purchase. We will process eligible refunds to your original payment method via our payment processor (Stripe).

Separately from the money-back guarantee above, Forge credits spent on an AI action that fails are automatically refunded to your in-app credit balance. This is in addition to, not a replacement for, your right to request a monetary refund under this policy.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase and would like a refund of that payment, request it as described above.

If something has gone wrong with a payment, please contact us first — we are almost always able to resolve issues directly and more quickly than a chargeback.
