Refund Policy

Living Language Forge is operated by Venta Belgarum. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of your order.

This applies to paid subscriptions and to one-time Forge credit purchases.

How to request a refund

Payments on Living Language Forge are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refunds are handled by Paddle on our behalf.

To request a refund, you can do any of the following:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  • Contact Paddle support directly via the help center linked from your receipt email.
  • Contact us through the support channel inside the app, and we will pass your request to Paddle.

Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.

Automatic credit refunds for failed AI calls

Separately from the money-back guarantee above, Forge credits spent on an AI action that fails are automatically refunded to your in-app credit balance. This is in addition to, not a replacement for, your right to request a monetary refund under this policy.

Subscriptions and cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase and would like a refund of that payment, request it as described above.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong with a payment, please contact us or Paddle first — we are almost always able to resolve issues directly and more quickly than a chargeback.
